Arsenal have enjoyed some spectacular high-scoring wins in their past.
Thursday marks 115 years since the joint-biggest victory in the club's history, when the Gunners (then known as "Woolwich Arsenal") demolished Loughborough by 12 goals to nil.
Over the next 10 slides, we count down 10 other remarkable results that fell in Arsenal's favour. They are ranked not merely by the number of goals, but more by the scale of the achievement each scoreline represents.
10. Arsenal 7-0 Slavia Prague, October 2007

This group-stage game remains the biggest win in the brief history of the Emirates Stadium and is one of two matches in this list to feature goals from Theo Walcott. On this occasion he joined Cesc Fabregas in grabbing a brace as the Gunners romped to a memorable victory over the Czech outfit.

This Cup Winners Cup tie was the biggest away win in Arsenal's history. Reflecting on the game, manager George Graham said,per The Independent:
"It was a breathtaking performance, especially by the three lads up front. Every time we went forward it looked like we would score."
The final aggregate score across both legs was a somewhat-convincing 10-0 to Arsenal.
8. Arsenal 11-1 Darwen, January 1932

This FA Cup tie was the biggest win in the history of Arsenal's beloved Highbury stadium.
It's one of four occasions on which Arsenal have taken their scoring into double figures in the FA Cup.
7. Arsenal 7-0 Everton, May 2005

This still stands as the joint-highest Arsenal win in the Premier League era.
The match was particularly memorable for Dennis Bergkamp's performance; he rolled back the years to set up the first three of Arsenal's seven goals.
6. Arsenal 12-0 Ashford United, October 1893

This momentous win took place in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Ashford United were a small team from Kent, founded in 1880 and who played their football at Godinton Road, Ashford. They shut down in 1906, and the 21stcentury club of this name is now little more than a youth club.

This League Cup match warrants inclusion because it was the consequence of a remarkable comeback.
At one stage in the game, Arsenal were four goals down before launching a remarkable rescue mission, inspired by a Theo Walcott hat-trick.

This result still stands as Arsenal's biggest away win in the league.
Incredibly, Ted Drake scored all seven Arsenal goals. That remains the highest haul in a single game for any football league player.
3. Inter Milan 1-5 Arsenal, November 2003

This is the biggest away win Arsenal have ever achieved in the Champions League and is notable for the quality of opposition Arsene Wenger's side overcame.
Thierry Henry scored twice as Arsenal dismantled a side including the likes of Javier Zanetti, Francesco Toldo and Christian Vieri.
2. Arsenal 12-0 Loughborough, March 1900

It was 115 years ago that Woolwich Arsenal racked up an incredible result by beating Loughborough 12-0.
The win was actually an act of revenge: Back in 1896, Loughborough inflicted an 8-0 hammering on the Gunners. That record stands to this day as Arsenal's greatest margin of defeat.

This match was actually the start of a nine-game unbeaten run that propelled the Gunners to the first league championship.
