As the official Card of Ticketmaster, American Express is proud to offer Card Members exclusive access to ticket presales and Preferred Seating for many of the best events across Ticketmaster.
Connecting your Card to your Ticketmaster Account
If you’re an eligible Card Member, you can connect your Card to your Ticketmaster account to give you easier access to American Express® Preferred Seating. Once your Card is connected, your eligibility for American Express Preferred Seating will be saved to your Ticketmaster account, and Preferred Seating will be automatically unlocked for you for eligible events when you’re logged in to Ticketmaster.
The Cards that are eligible for Preferred Seating are listed here. So long as you have an eligible Card associated with your account, you can use whichever Card is most convenient when connecting and we’ll make sure that your eligibility is saved to your Ticketmaster account.
American Express Preferred Seating is a benefit reserved exclusively for eligible Card Members who connect their Card with their Ticketmaster account. Your American Express Card Account (including Additional Cards on the Account) can be linked to only one Ticketmaster account. Once that connection is made, no other Cards associated with your account can be used to connect to another Ticketmaster account.
If you have any questions or concerns with an account connection that’s already been made, or would like to disconnect your card from a Ticketmaster account, please call the number on the back of your Card.

About American Express Preferred Seating and Unlocking it for this Event

We want to ensure that our Card Members have the best possible customer experience when accessing American Express’s exclusive inventory on Ticketmaster. This new process is designed to be more seamless and convenient for Card Members so you can get easy access to great seats for eligible events now and in the future.
Yes. If you are an eligible Card Member who has connected your Card to your Ticketmaster account, your eligibility has already been saved to your Ticketmaster account. This means you will have access to available Preferred Seating across all eligible events on Ticketmaster when you’re logged in on Ticketmaster.
For certain events, you will still be able to access Preferred Seating by typing in the Customer Service number on the back of your eligible Card Product.
