The average NFL team is now worth a record high $5.1 billion, according to a new Forbes report. That's 14 percent more than in 2022.

The average NFL team is worth $5.1 billion, Forbes reported — 14 percent more than 2022, and a record high. The Lions, meanwhile, saw their valuation increase 14 percent to $4.2 billion, according to the report.

• Revenue: $495 million
• Operating income: $51 million

Perhaps the least surprising part of the report: the Dallas Cowboys were the most valuable team, at $9 billion, according to Forbes. “America’s Team” was the only NFL team to rake in more than $1 billion in revenue.

The Tennessee Titans saw the highest year-over-year increase in valuation, climbing a whopping 26 percent to $4.4 billion.
