Certain organizations have different requirements, and for example, an elementary school’s measurements of a soccer field will greatly vary from an internationally regulated pitch.

The length of the soccer field should be between 110 to 120 yards, and the width should be between 70 to 80 yards. Or for metric standards: 110 to 100 meters long and 75 to 64 meters wide. 4v4 soccer field dimensions
The 4v4 fields are used for children with ages between 6-8 years old. Due to the small team size, the field is relatively small, with a length between 25-35 yards and 15-25 yards in width. The ball must be a size, goalposts must be 4 x 6 feet, and the game must be broken into four quarters, each 10 minutes long.
For this age group the rules are not very strict, so the dimensions of a youth soccer field may vary slightly in different states and different youth soccer associations.
7v7 soccer field dimensions
Once children are 9 years old, the rules change slightly. Game times get longer, and there are now two halves, each 25 minutes in length. The soccer ball’s size becomes a size 4, and the players are 7 vs 7. So how long is a soccer field for this age group? The width of the playing area is anywhere between 35 and 45 yards, and the length is now 55 to 65 yards. The goals must be 6 by 18.5 feet.
9v9 soccer field dimensions
When children are older than 11 years old, they use the same size 4 ball, but the player count increases to 9 vs 9. They have two halves, each 30 minutes long and the goals now become 7 by 21 feet in length. How long is a soccer field supposed to be now? The measurements of a soccer field itself increases in size from 70 to 80 yards in length by 45 to 70 yards in width.

Once minors reach middle and high school, they are well on their way to the professional level. You might wonder what the requirements for high school are. The truth is, it’s about the same as professional, still, the play times vary until they reach adolescence.
Ages 13 to 14
How long is a soccer field for teens? Teens can play two halves, now 35 minutes each, and the ball size goes up to a 5, which is the biggest size and recommended for any player over the age of 12. The numbers of players increase to the professional level at 11 vs 11. The goal size is now 8 by 24 feet, and the measurements of a soccer field is now 50-100 yards in width and 100-130 yards in length.
Ages 15 to 16
The only difference that happens when turning 15 is that the game times have increased to two halves, each now 40 minutes long.
Ages 17 to 19
Here, the game times become standard practice on par with professional and college levels at two halves, each lasting 45 minutes. Everything else stays the same.
