So recently, I've been thinking about going for 32GB of RAM just because 16GB total RAM sounds actually quite weak and low for a PC user like myself, and 32GB sounds nicer. As you can tell, I'm going down the enthusiast route. I currently have two 4GB sticks in my system right now, so my PC is 0-4-0-4, totalling to 8GB so far.
I've been wondering, is there any major power consumption usage of 16GB of RAM vs 32GB of RAM? I assumed no, but I've not got any results on Google so I came here to ask.
In addition to 16 vs 32GB of RAM, is 32GB even viable for me? Typically, my PC use case would consist of:
• Internet Browsing- 3 to 5 Chrome tabs open at any given time (YouTube, LTT, Twitter, Floatplane etc)
• Gaming - CSGO, Rocket League, Overwatch, Skyrim, TF2
(This seems like a stupid question, I'm sorry)
