your Sky router is connected to the internet and is ready to send or receive data.
all the lights are off
there's no power to your Sky router. Check the power supply to the router and that the mains socket is switched on
the test light is on then has turned off
when the test light is on, the router is initialising (setting itself up for use). The light will then turn off automatically when the router is ready to use.
the internet light is flashing amber
an internet connection has been detected and is in the process of starting up . As this progresses, the internet light will change to solid amber and then turn to green, at which point your internet will be ready to use. If the light is continually flashing amber, your Sky router is experiencing problems establishing a permanent internet connection.

the wireless light is flashing green
a wireless device i.e. a laptop, mobile phone or games console is connected to the internet through your Sky Router and is currently in use.
power and test lights on the router are flashing
your router is being automatically upgraded with the latest version ofsoftware. The update will takeup to 15 minutestocomplete and will provide you with the most up-to-date software for the optimumperformance of your router. Don't turn your router off while this is takingplace as it could interfere with the upgrade.
If your lights continue to flash for longer than 15 minutes, you'll need toreset your router. Press the power button on the back of the router, wait for10 seconds, then turn it back on again. It can takeup to 60 secondsfor yourrouter to re-establish an internet connection.
