What stick does Duncan Keith use?
Duncan Keith has been a huge addition for Edmonton this season, solidying the blue line with his championship pedigree and experience. With the Oilers moving on to the conference finals for the first time in the McDavid era, Keith will be called on more than ever as the Oilers look to bring a Cup back to Canada.
Like you'd expect from a veteran defenseman, Keith used a stiff 105 flex stick with a heel curve. The P91-ish blade has an extra glossy finish and one particularly unique feature - a significant kink on the bottom edge of the toe. These sorts of kinks are not too common, but Keith stuck with it with a variety of different sticks over the course of his career until recently when he made the drastic change to being a P28 toe curve user.
