WorkSafe is Victoria’s workplace health and safety regulator, and workplace injury insurer.
WorkSafe has range of tools and support services available to ensure workplaces are safer.
You can call the 24-hour emergency response line to report serious accidents or incidents in the workplace, and inspectors will be sent to your workplace.
WorkSafe also has information on how to identity, reduce and control risk in the workplace on their website – WorkSafe Victoria.

How to access
WorkSafe advisoryservice Tel. 1800 136 089 – for general enquiries, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.
WorkSafe emergency response line Tel. 13 23 60 – to report an emergency 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The National Relay Service (NRS) is available to help callers who are d/Deaf, or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone.
The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is available (24 hours, 7 days) for callers who speak other languages. Call 131450.
