What's the highest number a QB can wear?
In general, quarterbacks need to have physical skills such as arm strength, mobility and a quick throwing motion, in addition to intangibles such as competitiveness, leadership, intelligence and downfield vision. In the NFL, quarterbacks are required to wear a uniform number between 1 and 19.

The reason is actually surprisingly simple. The NFL lets QBs wear 0 to 19, but due to those numbers being currently taken or retired by Detroit, Bridgewater has had to adapt, according to The Sporting News. The NFL only allows quarterbacks to wear a number between 0 and 19.

According to the NFL website, the rule – which was proposed by the Philadelphia Eagles – allows quarterbacks to choose from numbers 0-19; defensive backs 0-49; fullbacks, tight ends, halfbacks and wide receivers 0-49 and 80-89; linebackers 0-59 and 90-99.
So 99 is the highest number a QB can theoretically wear. In practice, most teams try to keep the QB uniform numbers between 1–19. NCAA: Like high schools, the NCAA rules are pretty flexible. The NCAA does mandate that offensive linemen do wear a jersey between 50–79.

The Schutt F7, worn by Andy Dalton and Teddy Bridgewater, weighs in at around 4 pounds, while the Speedflex weighs closer to 5 pounds.
In 2021, rules changes led to greater flexibility with uniform numbers, but it wasn't until this spring that the NFL finally brought back No. 0 for everyone but offensive and defensive linemen. Twenty-two players are currently set to wear zero in 2023, which is more than the total who wore it previously.
Two years ago, the NFL made several major changes including the allowance for every position except offensive linemen and defensive linemen to join the quarterbacks, punters and kickers in the prestigious single digits. As of this week, 22 of the NFL's 32 teams now have a zero hero.
What NFL QB wears 5?
Other than the underappreciated Donovan McNabb, No. 5 has been worn by solid but not spectacular QBs such as Joe Flacco, Kerry Collins and Tyrod Taylor. With Teddy Bridgewater the only recent quarterback to use it with any success, doesn't look like it's improving in the near future.
(Anthony would not have been able to wear his normal No. 15 anyway and would have had to trade jerseys; the Knicks have retired the jersey number). No NBA player has ever worn the number 69, which is believed to be implicitly banned due to its sexual connotations; the NBA has never confirmed this.
Two was most notably worn by Tim Couch, Aaron Brooks, Doug Flutie, and of course, Matt Ryan.
Tagovailoa, Murray and Newton are the only quarterbacks on an active NFL roster to wear No. 1. On the surface, this appears to be a numerical oddity.

In May, NFL clubs approved 2023 Bylaw Proposal 1A that permits each team to dress a 49th player as its Emergency Third Quarterback. The following procedures are in place for use of an Emergency Third Quarterback in a regular or postseason game.

Who wore number 00 in the NFL?

The rule is basically the same across all leagues (MS, HS, NCAA, NFL, CFL)- it states that visors are only allowed in game play if they are 100% clear unless you have a medical excuse that requires you to have tint to protect your eyes.
Weight: Both shells are considered light by traditional football helmet standards, but the F7 has a bit of an edge, checking in at just 3.3 lbs (without a facemask) for a size large shell. A size large SpeedFlex (without a facemask) has a weight of 3.45 lbs, making it slightly heavier, but not by a large number.
